Lay-Z-Spa Heater Seals Pack of 2 are the essential replacement parts for fixing leaks, restoring heating performance, and preventing costly pump damage in your hot tub system.

If your Lay-Z-Spa is leaking water, worn or damaged heater seals are one of the most common causes. These Lay-Z-Spa heater seals sit inside the PTC heater assembly and create a watertight seal between key internal components. Once they degrade, even slightly, water can escape and trigger system faults or electrical issues.

This Lay-Z-Spa heater seals pack of 2 provides a direct replacement solution, allowing you to fix the issue quickly without replacing the entire pump or heater unit.

Compatible with both AirJet and HydroJet Lay-Z-Spa models ( hydrojet models pre 2020), these seals are ideal for routine maintenance or repairing leaks during heater element replacement. we do offer heater seal packs for the newer hydrojet post 2020 model heaters with 4 tube element heaters which is a 9 seal set which you will find in our other listings here.

we also offer heater seal kits for the newer post 2025 model ultrafit style pumps here which have 2 separate heaters in them. these are now found in both the ultrafit and Aitjet models and possible these will be an upgrade for the hydrojet pumps in the near future so always worth checking which style you have and if your not sure give us a call or drop us an email via our contact us page which can be found here

 ⚠️ Installation note: Always replace seals when installing a new heating element to ensure a leak-free fit. also check which type of heater you have and check your heater ends are not pitted as even with new seals if your heater ends where the seals sit are pitted you will still get leaks regardless of replacing the seals you will need to also replace the PTC heater.
