Contacted 365 to get my Lay-Z-Spa airjet pump repaired as leaking from the bottom. They trouble shooted the problem with me via messenger and advised the pump wasn’t an issue but the hot tub needed a new no return valve. I purchased the valve from their website and it has instantly solved the leak and much cheaper than a new or refurbished pump that wouldn’t have solved the issue! Bought a repair kit of them a month ago was very see through and explained it all very well gave me a custom size bit of vynl as I needed a large patch ! I then put the activator away and it got nicked over at some point and leaked and instead of saying your haft to buy a new one to get the activator sent me out a bottle of activator free of charge ! Not used my hot tub all year due to a puncture I couldn’t fine. Id given up all hope of ever using it again.

Sorry I'm a little late with my review 🙈🙈 
We have hired twice from here and both times have been fantastic! Such a professional, helpful and friendly couple and so compliant with all the covid regulations.
Will never use anyone else now for hot tubs and the really competative prices are, of course, an added bonus 😊
Thanks for helping to make our New Year and cancelled half term break that little bit better.
