Returns Policy
Returns:
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
- Request an RMA Number:
- To return an item, email customer service at info@365hottubs.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return:
- Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item with the original packaging and Order Number.

Shipping Charges:
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- It’s recommended to use a trackable method for mailing your return to ensure it arrives safely.
Refunds:
- After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, 365 Hot Tubs will process your return.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company’s processing times.
Exceptions:
