Returns Policy

Returns:

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

  1. Request an RMA Number:
    • To return an item, email customer service at info@365hottubs.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Return:
    • Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item with the original packaging and Order Number.
  3. Mail Your Return:

Shipping Charges:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • It’s recommended to use a trackable method for mailing your return to ensure it arrives safely.

Refunds:

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, 365 Hot Tubs will process your return.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company’s processing times.

Exceptions:

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact 365 Hot Tubs to arrange a refund or exchange.
